Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1â2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5â10 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding international shipping â stay tuned!
What packaging do you use?
We ship in fully recyclable and biodegradable packaging. We're committed to reducing our environmental footprint.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at hjohnson340@gmail.com with your order number.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 3â5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund â no return necessary.

Are your beauty devices safe for all skin types?
Most of our devices are suitable for all skin types, but we recommend reading each product's description carefully. If you have a specific skin condition or concern, consult a dermatologist before use. All products on our site meet standard safety certifications.
Do the devices come with instructions?
Yes, all devices include a user manual. Many also include a quick-start guide. If you've misplaced your manual or need additional guidance, contact us and we'll help.
What is the warranty on your devices?
Most devices come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Please check the individual product page for warranty details or contact us for more information.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Our skincare and beauty products are cruelty-free and where possible, vegan. Device components are manufactured using materials that comply with safety standards and are free from prohibited substances.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and Venmo. We are actively working to add credit card payment options (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) very soon.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be processed for shipping. Contact us immediately at hjohnson340@gmail.com and we'll do our best to help.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. You can also log in to your account at vibration340.com to view order status.
